Shipping

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia and weight-based rates for international shipping.

We use recognised courier services or Australia Post and where available, track and trace services.

Please hold on to your receipt should you wish to return or exchange your purchase.

Please contact us directly if you have any issues with delivery and shipping for your order.

DELIVERY TIME
Once payment is received, we will endeavour to send your order within 3 business days.  An email will be sent with a copy of your receipt and tracking details.

Allow 3-5 working days for delivery within Australia.

If an order is placed outside of our business hours, on weekends or public holidays it will be processed the following business day.

DISCLAIMER 
We are not a courier company ourselves and can only give an estimate on delivery time and cannot be held accountable for late delivery service.

LOST PARCELS
If an item is lost in transit, an investigation will be carried out and we will do our best to provide the best outcome for the customer.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

We do not accept returns or refunds unless your product is faulty or damaged, however, we want our customers to be happy so please contact us if you’re not satisfied!

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Some health and personal care items

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again as there may be some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve still have not received your refund, please contact us.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us to get further information on the process.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.  Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

RETURN SHIPPING
To return your product, please contact us to get further information on the process.
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $120, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
